Since March 2020 the COVID19 pandemic has changed the world as we know it, despite lockdown now being lifted and normal service mostly being resumed, there are unfortunately occasional localised delays within the Royal Mail and other courier networks. Please be patient.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders with in two working days, if for any reason there is going to be a delay in dispatch we will contact you to discuss this.

Below are the estimated delivery time scales for the delivery options that are available:

  • Standard Delivery can take up to 4 working days to be delivered from dispatch.
  • Priority Delivery can take 2 - 3 working days to be delivered from dispatch.
  • Express Delivery can take 1 - 2 working days to be delivered from dispatch.
  • International Delivery can take 7 - 14 working days to be delivered from dispatch.
  • We recycle packaging, this means where possible we reuse packaging materials and boxes from various sources to be kinder to the environment

Standard and Priority delivery can occasionally take longer to arrive due to delays in the delivery network, this is our of our control and delivery times are an estimate only based on Royal Mails quoted expected delivery times, from the day of dispatch - not from the day of placing the order.

Please allow some extra time for delivery to islands, remote areas and of course over Bank Holidays.

I used a virtual address/mail forwarding company, where is my order?

Who knows... while these companies are mostly reliable and have a good delivery success rate, we don't recommend using them. Past experience has taught us that they will always say them the order was not delivered to them even if you have proof of delivery, and so try to pass the liability back to us. If you choose to use a 3rd party delivery agent or virtual address, you waive MTB Riders Components & Accessories Ltd and our chosen delivery partner of any responsibility for the delivery of your order. Any queries over the whereabouts of your order will need to be taken up with the company you chose to forward your order, any claims for lost or damage orders will also need to be made against the mail forwarding company or the company whop host the virtual address.

I wasn't home when my order was delivered, where is it?

At your local Royal Mail Delivery Office awaiting your collection, check and see is a calling card has been left, if so follow the instructions on it and collect your order as soon as possible to avoid it being returned to us. In the event that no calling card has been left please contact your local Royal Mail Delivery Office, they will give you instructions on how to collect without a calling card.

My order has been returned to sender because I couldn't/didn't collect it in time, what can I do?

Get in contact with us using the Contact Form, once your order arrives back here with us we'll arrange to send it back out to you again. Please make suitable arrangements so that your order can be delivered successfully, if this means asking us to deliver to a friend, neighbour or your local Post Office that's fine.

Please note, should your order be returned to us again, we will cancel your order and refund you less the second delivery cost incurred by us.
